Effective Date: August 30, 2026 For every upload (guest or account holder), the server logs your IP address, user agent, original filename, timestamp, and a cryptographic hash (SHA256) of the file. For accounts, we store your username, hashed password, and referral history (who referred you, who you've referred). This data exists to run the service, moderate abuse, and detect duplicate uploads. It is not sold or shared for advertising -- there is no advertising here. Unlike the upstream fukkireta default, this instance does not send visitor IPs to any third-party IP reputation service. Files remain until deleted by the uploader or removed for a Terms violation. Logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and moderate the service. You can ask for your data to be accessed, corrected, or deleted at any time -- reach out over XMPP at p7@chud.love.
